Our books are on sale within the limit of their stocks. In the event of unavailability after your order, Editions Light Motiv will notify the customer personally and as soon as possible.

The official release date is mentioned on the product page of each book. A pre-order gives you the opportunity to purchase and book a publication in advance. Any placed order is confirmed by e-mail if the customer has communicated his details.

The sale price is mentioned on the product page in euros, all taxes included, excluding the contribution for processing and shipping costs. Those costs are being calculated according to the destination and weight.

For international deliveries outside France, the products ordered are imported into the country of destination by and under the responsibility of the customer. Any customs fees or local taxes are his/her sole responsibility.

The contribution fee to delivery costs changes depending on the destination and weight of the package, with a fixed maximum amount, and is likely to increase each year with the automatic increase in postal rates in France each January. Please note that if you purchase for equal to or more than 80 euros on our store, you will be free of shipping costs.

Here are some estimations about contributions to shipping costs listed by geographical locations:

• Letter (France - light books less than 600gr) in 3 days: 3,50 euros 
• Mondial Relay (France, Belgium and other countries where Mondial Relay is available) in 5 to 7 days: 3,50 euros between 0 to 1,9kg, 5 euros between 2 and 5kg
• Colissimo (France, Monaco, Andorre) in 3 days: from 5 euros
• International Colissimo (Europe and Switzerland) in 4 to 6 business days: from 6,50 euros
• Books and Brochures outside France (economical and slow delivery in 2 to 3 weeks): from 3 euros
• International Colissimo (United Kingdom) in 4 to 6 business days: from 7 euros
• Books and Brochures to UK (economical and slow delivery in 2 to 3 weeks): from 4 euros
• International Colissimo (Zone 1) in 5 to 8 business days: from 8 euros
• Books and Brochures outside France (Zone 1 - economical and slow delivery in 2 to 3 weeks): from 5 euros
• International Colissimo (overseas France) in 11 to 14 business days: from 11 euros
• International Colissimo (France overseas - economical) in 11 to 31 business days: from 7 euros
• International Colissimo (Zone 2) in 5 to 8 business days: from 10 euros
• Books and Brochures outside France (Zone 2 - economical and slow delivery in 2 to 3 weeks): from 5 euros 

Delivery times are only estimates and may vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. Shipment tracking is not available in the “Books and Brochures” economical plan.

The items are shipped to the delivery address mentioned in the order form. We advise you to indicate an address at which your order can be received during working hours.

Payment for your order can be made:
- by bank card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express...)
- by bank wiretransfer
- by cheque addressed to Light Motiv

If you pay by cheque, your order is only processed upon receipt of your payment. We will send you an email when your order is shipped. The order process may take between 3 and 5 working days.
